Information we collect
We collect the details you submit in repair requests and listing applications — name, contact information, vehicle details, location and the description of your job — plus standard usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location derived from your IP address.
How we use it
Repair requests are shared with mobile mechanics whose service area covers your location so they can quote your job. Listing information is published on your public profile. We also use aggregate usage data to improve search results and site performance.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share request details only with matching mechanics and with service providers who operate the platform on our behalf (hosting, email and SMS delivery, payment processing).
Cookies
We use essential cookies for session handling and analytics cookies to understand which pages help drivers find a mechanic. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Mechanics can unpublish a listing from their dashboard, and anyone can opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link.
Data retention & security
Request data is retained for 24 months to support disputes and quality review, then deleted. We use encryption in transit and restrict internal access to personal data.
